38 y/o nurse that had 2 babies and lost approximately 40 pounds. She complained of deflated "droopy" breasts, excess lower abdominal skin and that her abdomen was "poochy" She underwent an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck and a breast lift with a Silicone implant. Both procedures were done at the same time. She is approximately 6 weeks after surgery and her incisions are still healing.
