41 year old female that had a gastric bypass and lost approximately 140 pounds. She had significant excess back and abdominal skin and abdominal muscle weakness. She also had moderate to severe ptosis "droopiness" of the lateral thigh and buttocks. This made her an excellent candidate for a full body lift.
